"Cap off your summer during the sweetest harvest on Long Island! Join us for Harbes Annual Watermelon Harvest on Saturday, August 21 & Sunday, August 22, from 10am-7pm. There will be plenty of watermelon to snack on and lots of fun, too! FREE LIVE MUSIC will be available in our courtyard/picnic area to entertain you both days from 1-5pm. Saturday, the talented Nick Kerzner is scheduled to perform. Nick will be playing original music and covers from the ’60s to today in rock, alternative and popular genres in an acoustic style. Singer-guitarist Matt Taylor will be performing Sunday. Don’t miss this versatile musical performer. While you’re here enjoy Harbes Barnyard Adventure! The Barnyard offers hours of fun for the whole family. Admission includes a Musical Hayride tour of our 100-acre farm, our famous Pig Races, adorable farm animals, and much more. There are also some exciting new additions for 2021 such as our Canna Bulb Flower Field! Harbes Wine Barn, located behind the main farmstand, is a wine lover’s dream! In our 100-year-old renovated potato barn, we offer tastings of our award-winning wines and wine by the glass or bottle. There’s a rustic ambiance inside or you can enjoy your wine outside under an umbrella on our patio. You won’t want to miss any of our delicious foods during your visit! You’ll particularly love our mouthwatering selection of homemade ice cream – including watermelon. There will also be delicious tomato/mozzarella paninis, Harbes own roasted corn, additional treats, and maybe some other watermelon surprises!"
